Angela Bowden has been a life-long resident of the sunny Florida panhandle, growing up and currently residing at Deerpoint Lake in Panama City, Florida.
Decorating cakes started out as a hobby for her in 1993, when she discovered she enjoyed doing birthday cakes for her daughter. It quickly grew into a profession as "word of mouth""" spread throughout the town. She was named "The Cake Lady" by her customers, and most only knew her by that name instead of her given name.
Angela prides herself in her work, baking each cake to order so that every one tastes as good as it looks. She pays great attention to decorating detail and perfection of each masterpiece she creates. Each cake is designed and decorated with the customer's wishes in mind.
She uses only the finest ingredients, and creates each delicious cake in a custom-built cake shop located at her residence.
If you ask Angela what makes her the happiest with her profession, she will tell you that it's the satisfying feeling she gets from knowing that she made someone happy with just a cake.
